After a few customers experienced issues with pumps failing or clogging, we prioritized solving it for everyone moving forward.
After a long journey of Covid delays, backorders, and testing we finally have a great solution. We’ve order brand new pumps in an upgraded stainless steel to replace all of our existing pumps.
Please note that all Capsules & Starter Kits ordered moving forward will include these new pumps. The new pumps look very similar to our previous model, however they are slightly more rounded than those currently pictured. We’ll work to get our website photography updated in the coming months.
If you are an existing customer who experienced any issues with our previous pumps, simply email us to get a free replacement with our new style.
